MA in Engineering, Ecole des Mines de Paris, MBA from Tel Aviv University and MA in Jewish Thought from Hebrew University. Previously served as a brigadier general for the Israeli Police Force. Teaches Jewish Thought at the Ein Prat Institute and at the “Beit Yisrael” pre-military academy (mechina) in Gilo. Previously served as chairman of the executive board of Yesodot.
