Holds an MA in Jewish Education and a BA in Israeli Literature and Philosophy, both from Hebrew University. She founded and directed Noga Academy in Beit Shemesh, and later directed Pelech School in Kiryat Ekron and Evelina de Rothschild High School. After graduating from the Mofet group facilitation program, she taught at the Beit Midrash for Women in Efrat, mentored new principals in the Avnei Rosha program, and assisted United with pedagogical mentoring for schools in the Diaspora.
