Hagit Barnea is the educational director of Yesodot. She founded and directed the Amit Noga High School in Beit Shemesh, directed the Kiryat Ekron school and the Evelina de Rothschild High School, and was the Ministry of Education representative in the “Israeli Hope in Education” program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in literature and Israeli philosophy and a master’s degree in Jewish education from the Hebrew University. She is a MOFET group facilitator program graduate, mentors new principals via the Avnei Rosha Institute for Educational Leadership, and is a pedagogical mentor for schools in the Diaspora.
