Hamutal Ozeri is the Finance and Operations Manager at Yesodot. She has held management positions in finance, budgeting, and payroll within local authorities and community institutions, where she led processes of oversight, streamlining, and the implementation of operational systems. Hamutal holds a B.A. in Public Policy from the Open University. She is a graduate of the Directors’ Training Course at the College of Management and holds professional certifications in accounting and payroll management.
